Very good location easy reach to station, host gave clear directions how to find property. Host was welcoming and easily available to help with questions Had an amazing breakfast Good walks near by and shops if needed

The bed was very comfortable. Fruit also there

There was no milk to go with the tea bags and coffee.

Just what I was after. As the name suggests a lovely, warm and cosy room! The sofa bed was so so comfortable. So tough to get up the next morning for that reason. Wanted to find something reasonably priced as I was seeing friends and this ticked the boxes. Location was spot on and parking was great. Just very happy.

Honestly nothing to mention. Everything met my expectations and exceeded them.
