How they welcomed us to the property. Though it was late the didint mind opening for us. They took us through to our accommodation. Helped us with our bags. They showd us how to use the shower, the tv. We asked for extra blankets they were happy to give us. The bedding were so fresh you can see that after every visit thet wash them. On the each bed there was a towel.. During the day day when we are out to activities they cleaned the room. We came back to a clean room. The water was always hot.. They gave us a gate remote for our up and down movement. There didn't have time to close the gate.

There was no curfew

Broken kettle, had to ask for towels as only one bed had towel out of 4 beds, only two cups were placed and we were 6, Doors were not locking and it was difficult for us to open them as they did not slide smoothly, we could hear people walking upstairs.
