Avonlea Guesthouse

I normally book this place when I travel to polokwane, but never this particular room and I was very disappointed with this one. Didn't like anything

Electricity kept on going, water was warm not hot, the shower was not so good.

Its clean and their staff is friendly

Improvement can be made on their breakfast menu or larger portions perhaps

The Avonlea Guesthouse is one of my "go to" accommodations in Polokwane when traveling for business. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Breakfast is a standard affair, but is more than adequate and prepared for each guest. The staff at the guesthouse are always friendly and have a ready smile.

My only challenge is that when you have a larger vehicle and there are other guests, manoevring to align with the angle of the exit gate is not simple due to the confines of the parking area, but is manageable.
