Great place the host and staff best 👌 we checked in late and they waited for us hot water with great pressure it was a bit cold the guy offered us extra blanket and a heater🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰definitely going back 😀

-Clean and tidy. -Enough space in all rooms . Since am comming for the third time . - the property is quite and comfortable -Breakfast very delicious.

-No microwave . -Bath tab drainage was difficult to open in desert room -Plug next to fridge and tv stand is not intact and attached to the wall . Which means is too risky for the client .in dessert room . -NB. Please just try to fix because I will still come back to Avonlea guesthouse since it’s minor problems .

"I had an incredible stay"

The location was excellent because it is in the city centre and many things are accessible there including entertainment. The breakfast was okay, though I had expected to dish for ourselves.
