The views were beautiful and the manager was so helpful, driving me around for visits to gem mines, markets and jewellers.

Etwas entlegen am Hang gebaut, viel Niederschlag in Ratnapura, aber so ist eben das Wetter hier

Ein Hund der die ganze Nacht bellt. Niemand spricht Englisch, bzw sehe schlecht. Matratzen sehr dünn und aus Schaumstoff. Es hieß die Küche ist geschlossen aber andere Gäste haben gefrühstückt.

This is a very good location if you have travelled to Ratnapura for gemstones. The owners and management were all very helpful and even provided a Tuk-Tuk tour of the local gem mines, including the river sieving and the pit mining operations. They were very knowledgeable about the industry and advice on how the markets operate within the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with good wifi and air-con in the rooms. Easy walking distance into the city for restaurants and groceries.

Nothing to dislike. It was budget accomodation and exceeded my expectations.

El entorno en el que está, sales del bullicio y estás con la naturaleza.

Siendo una crítica constructiva, sé que es invertir, pero deberían de pensar en cambiar los colchones, porque mejoraría el descanso un 💯 y daría más valor al establecimiento.

I made a reservation through Booking.com around 9:45 PM, and attempted to confirm it at approximately 9:53 PM. However, I was informed that the property had already closed for the night. Additionally, I was asked how many people and vehicles were involved, and upon stating that I was a single traveler with a vehicle, I was told there was no parking space available. This experience was extremely disappointing. If the property was not accepting guests or had no availability, it should not have been shown as available on the platform at that time. This raises concerns about the reliability and professionalism of the hospitality provided. I hope the property and Booking.com can work together to avoid such inconveniences for future guests.
