It was warm cosy and comfortable..

The fire 🔥 alarm 🚨 went off around 7:30 /8 am , there was no phone in rooms , no one came to check on us.. as you do you wait for a while to see will it just go off incase it was a false alarm.. but after 20 min we said we’d better get up and out incase plus as we were the highest level top floor the only way out was down 3 flights of stairs .. on the 2nd level we met with other confused residents that said they thought it was a false alarm it was next door and the alarm system were connected, there was only one member of staff with broken English that found it difficult to explain or understand what to do in an emergency situation.. i honestly wouldn’t like to be there if there was a fire , we would have to literally walk downstairs through it . Plus the fact that no one came to check on us or even check if people had assembled or got out of the rooms.. I know alarms go off and luckily it was a false alarm but I’d like to see it handled better ..
