The hotel is located in the center piece of Registan square and all the historic places are walkable distance. It is just 500 meters from Amir Temur's tomb complex. A loving family run hotel. Tasty and freshly cooked breakfast, served with love.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The carved wood in the hotel gives it an excellent ambience. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. The breakfast was also outstanding.

Good location, it is actually nearer to Registan Square (just walk across Amir Temur Park) than what is shown on Google Maps directions. Delicious breakfast. Staff are very obliging. Nice views of the Amir Temur Mausoleum from the rooftop terrace.

Not as responsive when responding to messages on Booking.com. Room smelled abit damp and not as fresh.

Great location, friendly staff, great terrace and the view of the Timur Mausoleum, fresh breakfast. Very good value for money.

The hosts should learn better English language.

A lovely hotel runs by a family. They are all very kind and helpful!! If you book the room (which has one king bed) with a window, the sunlight every afternoon will be astonishing.

They said i can have early check in when I booked and then denied it, even though I showed them the conversation. Also, no one speaks english
