"A wonderful one night stay at the retreat was just what was needed."

The breakfast was a wonderful touch - without giving too much away, it was clear that there had been a lot of love put into making it. The peace and quiet was bliss with no screens as a distraction. The room was warm and my goodness was the bed comfortable!

"The best UK stay we’ve had!!"

A beautiful stay in a great location with a genuinely wonderful and caring host. Tanya made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. We stayed in the Fiennes suite which was not only of more than ample size, but of significant quality furnishings and facilities. You really can connect with the sense of adventure from the rooms decor yet feel centered and relaxed by the rest of the property. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast which was not only varied, but impressively filling. This stay ticked every box we had and with so much to do locally, it is somewhere we will absolutely be coming back to. Look forward to seeing you again soon, Karl & Rhiannon

An amazing place. A very attractive, appealing and delightfully quirky apartment. Everything catered for by Tanya our most friendly host. A lovely breakfast served in our room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower excellent. No complaints at all.

"Detailed perfection!"

The beautiful countryside setting of the retreat center along with the large and relaxing bedroom and bathroom was what we needed to unwind and recharge. Add in Tara’s special touches like a breakfast basket delivered in the morning and a well stocked beverage station, and it just highlighted what a special place this was. We will be returning!

"Tranquil and restorative"

A truly tranquil place to relax and let go of the outside world. Tanya is a wonderful host who gave us a warm welcome, thinking of everything one might want for an enjoyable stay. It is such a treat to stay in comfort surrounded by gorgeous countryside far removed from noise and light pollution.

Will think hard to find something......can't find anything yet.
