"Perfect package."

Great place for the late arrival to Kutaisi airport. Guest house owner provided a free shuttle service from/to airport. Good breakfast and last but not least you can rent a 4×4 car from them. Good price, no deposit, no hidden fees. And if you rent a car from them you will get a free shuttle from/to airport, plus a discount for the hotel.

Гостевой дом находится недалеко от аэропорта Кутаиси, поэтому очень удобен для ранних вылетов и поздних прилетел, так как возможен трансфер. Завтрак очень домашний, достойный. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Соотношение цена - качество очень разумные.

"Best hospitality and value for money"

It was the best hospitality we had in Georgia. The room is basic but clean and satisfied, with a beautiful garden and nice interior and in a very good location near the airport. The owner arrange everything about our transfer to the airport and car rental. Also because our flight was very early in the morning, he packed a breakfast for us! Totally value for money, I reccomend it!

This place is not too far from the airport and the building has exceptionally nice architecture! We arrived from the airport quite late so for us it was a very good start to explore Georgia! The owner is a very polite and nice person! Also we enjoyed a good breakfast! Definitely recommend!

Уютное место, чтоб переночевать перед самолётом. Сытный домашний завтрак, красивая сервировка. Отдельное спасибо, что приготовили ужин по нашей просьбе: тоже вкусно и сытно. Чистое постельное.

Небольшой дискомфорт от общей ванной. Когда нет других гостей - норм, но при их наличии - не очень комфортно.
