Please note the restaurant and pool bar area is open from 8 am - 9:00 pm 7 days per week to the general public. Guests can use the pool area outside of these hours with the exception of when the pool is serviced for cleaning. Breakfast is served from 8:00 am - 10:30 am. Breakfast is served at the pool bar. A cash deposit of $100 is collected at check-in and is held to ensure inventory, and key return.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and offered great variety. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly—an absolute must in the warm climate. The location was convenient, with a short drive to West End and just a quick walk to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredibly kind and attentive hostess. She made everything feel so personal, ensuring that everything was always in perfect order. Her warmth and care made all the difference. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming experience!

"Exceptional"

Very affordable place and located nicely. Close to West End, its easy to go there. Also Cheryl the owner is super helpful and upright. Ask her if you need information or want to book some trip, she can usually arrange it, or tell you a cheap way to do it. She set me up to with a scooter and it was great. Really enjoyed the stay and as someone who knows nothing about Honduras or Roatan it was great to have someone to give me some pointers.

Nothing to complain about.

The owner of the Guava Resort was very accomadating and friendly. The pool was lovely, and the beach was located just across the street. The restaurant on site served very yummy food. 10/10 recommended!!

The hotel is in the middle of nature, so it's very calm at night. The host is super nice and and gave us tips on how to move around Roatán and how to pay (like a local). The breakfast is also very nice and the location is fine. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.
