The hotel was very stylish and beautifully designed, with a clean and well-maintained atmosphere throughout. Everything felt fresh, modern, and carefully thought out. There was also a lovely scent throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere feel especially pleasant and welcoming.

It would have been important to inform guests in advance that the pool area was not available for use. This information should be clearly communicated before booking (not after).

"Spacious apartments, super well located, lovely people to deal, they left complementary wine and cheese which we thought"

Located right in the middle of Santarém, only a short walk distance to main places in the city, beautiful and very spacious apartments.

Cleaning of kitchen utensils wasn’t great.
