Muy bien situado, limpio, la cama súper cómoda, aunque la calle es peatonal , gracias a la aislamiento del ruido, no se oye nada! Tienen servicio de limpieza también

Una atenció excepcional per part de tot el personal. Uns dies abans ens van enviar per whatsapp un PDF amb els llocs a visitar a la ciutat i un altre amb restaurants agrupats segons especialitats (per esmorzar, de pintxos, vegetarians....). Vaig demanar-lis quins pobles s'havien de visitar prop de Santander i ràpidament ens van donar la informació. Responen ràpidament tots els dubtes i peticions per whatsapp

This was only a short walk from the bus station and centre. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Having a kettle, fridge, coffee maker and microwave was great, as was a TV with Netflix. As a single traveller I felt very safe. I was able to leave my bag before check in time and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend.
