Pokój mały, skromnie umeblowany, raczej hostelowo. Łazienka czysta. Klimatyzacja, która chyba uratowała nam życie, bo otwarcie okna przy upale i hałasie z ulicy niemożliwe. Dostęp do ekspresu, czajnika. Łatwe zakwaterowanie nawet poza wyznaczonymi godzinami.

Budynek pokomunistyczny, w typie betonowego kloca. Lokalizacja przy głównej drodze wiąże się z hałasem, na szczęście była klimatyzacja i nie trzeba było otwierać okna. Straszna duchota na korytarzach i klatce schodowej. Brak możliwości płatności kartą.
