Villa Rumah Pantai Bali

The staff are all very hardworking and welcoming, particularly Mr Karri, who was very helpful and took us for a day tour. The pool and the view were exceptional. The house is beautifully designed and it's in a very peaceful location, far away from the busy tourist areas. The masseurs were amazing and reasonably priced.

We stayed in the family room, which was spacious. However, the water was not very hot and at times completely cold. The villa needs a bit of attention from the owners as the cracks are showing. The bathroom needs some attention, too many tiny creatures running around and the toilet moves. The location suited us, but it is far away from anywhere, and the amount of traffic means you're at least an hour away from most sights. As a result, if you don't have your own transport you have to eat at the villa. The beach is not accessible as it is rocky, and the sea is quite rough.

The staff were amazing and Mr Kari was so helpful!! So recommend if you want to be looked after!!

Friendly staff, fabulous swimming pool, nice private little surf beach with sunsets. We were in the beach bungalow, next to the beach with the crash of the waves to lull us to sleep. Good setup with nice daybeds and sun lounges.

This place is completely isolated. Apart from short walks along the beach, there is nowhere to go. The main road is very busy with no footpath, although a small supermarket is nearby to the right. You are therefore obliged to have all your meals at the property. To get to the beach bungalow where we stayed (or to the beach itself) you have to descend approximately 50 steps. If you stay at the bungalow you have to climb those 50+ steps to swim in the pool or to have your meals. The wifi was very erratic both at the main house and where we stayed. Swimming pool would not be suitable for small children. Our bungalow was very dark.

We have been traveling with a 1 year old baby and the staff made us feel super comfortable. Also Mr. Kari was very helpful with organizing baby proof tours. I believe that Mr Kari is not just a day worker, but should be promoted:). It’s more than just a booking for a accommodation, you’ll get the “Villa Rumah Pantai Bali experience” ;)

Although the villa is looking a little tired here and there, it was excellent value for money and the staff looked after us really well. Friendly smiles everyday and they really went the extra mile to look after us, especially the manager Mr Kari. Super comfy beds and rooms serviced daily. We ended up eating most of our meals at the villa, and the breakfasts were delicious with tasty omelettes, fresh fruits, nice buttered toast and a very good Nasi Goreng, Indonesia's speciality. Nice gardens with lots of birds and squirrels.

Would have liked more choice in food and booze (only basic beer and bottled wine) as no food or drink places within walking distance - a house cocktail would have gone down a treat. We probably should have hired a scooter to get to more food choices but a bit reluctant to take on the busy local traffic.

I stayed at the villa with my sister and had an eventful and memorable experience. The manager Mr. Kari was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to assist me when I fell ill, which I greatly appreciated. He drive me to farmacy and clinics and assited with translations and good word. Mr. Kari is a soul of this villa. The breathtaking views from the cliff were a standout feature, especially during the magnificent sunsets. Additionally, the breakfast provided was both delicious and a delightful way to start the day. The room amenities were comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to the overall positive experience. The cleanliness of the villa was commendable, and the staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay did not go unnoticed. The serene and picturesque setting of the villa created a tranquil atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the accommodation. Overall, my stay at the villa was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional views and warm hospitality.

The ocean waves are loud at night but there are earplugs and they help a lot!

Amazing place it's totally blew us away. Staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Very accessible to the city. Surroundings and views are breath taking!
