Mainly love the people I met. Takami and other guests were friendly and hospitable. It was at a very convenient location as well near the beach. Loved it so much that i requested another night the day before and she accomodated it! Even played mario kart with the host lol

The WiFi is only available on first floor. Shower’s a little old-school

This original Japanese guesthouse is not only a truly ancient wooden building in a great location but is owned and run by the most friendliest and nicest Japanese. Great welcome, nice former Shushi counter, very clean and great mattresses…just around the corner is a DAISO supermarket, the beach and the bus station…Go, book and support real Japanese hospitalty.

The owner, Takami-san, was very friendly and supporting: I got clear written instructions on how to self check-in since I arrived a bit later than the working hours. Takami-san also gave me some advice regarding the Kumano-kodo trail. Thank you! I hope to see you again someday!

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the shower is in the back yard, so it might be just a bit chilly to go there during the cold time of the year and it is not very spacious. Otherwise, everything was great!
