Value. Cleanliness. Communal equipped kitchen and sitting area in a garden. Polite and friendly owner.

The room was very comfortable, I had no problems with the air conditioner or the fans. I had hot water, and toiletries were provided. It's located in a calm area, but only 15 minutes walk to Pub street if want to go out. It has the museum and Wat Bo temples really close, and a store in front with really friendly staff that offer food and smoothies.

The windows didn't lock properly, since there are kind of grate it is not dangerous, but if you are not careful the mosquitoes come in. 😅 Maybe I didn't know how to close them, but besides that I didn't have any problem. And I was provided with a mosquito racquet, since during rainy season they are quite bothering.

Good location- away from the madness of pub street, but only $1 into town. Rooms were good, a/c and a ceiling fan if needed. Bathrooms good and slightly elevated from the bedroom, which prevented leaking shower water everywhere, as we've had at previous accommodations! Friendly owner who gave good info upon check in, such as opening/closing times, how to access the property later in the evening etc. Though we didn't use it, there's a communal kitchen and areas to store your food or drinks. Whilst you don't have a personal balcony, there is a communal balcony on each floor- we met some nice people there, so I actually view this as a bonus. There's also a nice courtyard area on the ground floor. There's some really nice places to eat nearby (we liked Brother Bongs for breakfast) and a small shop across the road. Mini mart about 3 minutes walk away!

Nothing, all good and great value for Siem Reap. There's no pool but instructions in the room advise you are welcome to use the pool at the property next door.

4G towers in front of my room. My skyn was burning as also my head

From 2pm to 6pm its very HOT! and AC doesn't work o well. Sun heats the walls. The room is very good, but has 2 huge 4G towers in front of the hostel the staff was very helpful Also the mattress is not very comfy. Very soft bed.

Very nice and helpful owner! Guesthouse has it’s own open and well-equipped kitchen and a lot of outdoor space where guests hang out. Very good place for food next door. And pool can be used there too if you order ($5 min order)
