Light fittings were nice.

I arrived and needed a code to access the property. No code had been emailed to me. I called the owner on the 3 numbers provided and there was no answer. I therefore messaged him on the Booking.com app and he got back to me immediately. He then sent me the code and room number. The house is set up like an HMO with four rooms. The kitchen was tidy but unclean, and the fridge smelled awful. The gripper on the stairs carpet was exposed which could cause an injury if not wearing shoes. I had room 4 which was at the top of the house. The room was dusty and hadn't been swept. Paint splashes were on some plug sockets and the floor. The bed was dirty and I had to brush crumbs off it. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it.

Ok location, but...

Dirty bedlinen both inside & on the top- had it not been changed since previous customer?!-Ended up not staying there, but preferred carrymat & sleeping bag on my son's floor

It’s close to bramall lane football stadium.. the guy who’s looks after the property is friendly

What I didn’t like about this property are as follows Finding a naked man in the room on arrival Then seeing the naked man jump out of the window!!!! So don’t believe they have cctv because this man managed to break into this property with problems… Spent the whole night worrying this man would return… The house isn’t clean the tv doesn’t work… we were absolutely ripped off 2 room £214…..

The room doesn't seem to have been cleaned for a few days — there's dust, and there are hairs on the table.

Everything was amazing about this location ,a few minutes away from London road , our room had a very nice view , bathrooms were clean , host was kind and gracious.

Cleanliness of the room , however the place was still a 10/10
