The amenities and facilities (restaurant,pool,gardens,reception area etc). The breakfast was 100% varied menu and everything cooked to perfection and hot. All the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Air con worked excellent. Good location close to beachfront.

The room was dated, requires updates /renovations to be completed. Rooms were clean.
