Czysto , pościel, ręczniki niczego nie brakowało, bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz z którym łatwo można się porozumieć. Przed nieruchomością można zaparkować samochód. Do dyspozycji gości jest kuchnia z lodówką i pralką oraz taras. Rano pyszne śniadanie oraz figi z własnego ogrodu. Jest też klimatyzacja .
