Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand. Ein kleiner Bach fließt direkt daran vorbei, perfekt für Kneipp-Fans. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und reichlich gedeckt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Ich war zum Rennsteiglauf hier und habe nur zwei Tage gebucht. Am Lauftag gab es auch schon eher Frühstück. Die Lage ist wie gesagt richtig schön und sicher gibt es noch einige schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe die es zu erkunden gibt.

Das frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis echt super. Das Zimmer lag nach hinten zum Wald und Bach. Weder Autos noch Menschen waren zu hören. Vom rennsteig aus sind es zwei Kilometer steil bergab (und entsprechend dann wieder bergauf) zur Pension. Wanderer können ein shuttle bekommen. Das ist ein toller Service

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok.

Die Lage am Rennsteig viele Wanderwege gut erreichbar. Küche und Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Wirtsleute machen alles möglich damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das war mein 3. kurzurlaub in diesen Gasthof und es werden weitere folgen.
