It located beside a boulevard between the new town to the historical park, so it was easy to get Tuktuks or Sonteus if it's not rainy. And t he distance from the park was not so long. The lady staff were very kind and soon she gave me toilet rolls after I asked. Without information, but I could see free coffee, slices of bread, and biscuits on the entrance table as free anytime and I got them for breakfast after the room key got back to the staff.

The water system in the bathroom was a little weak; drain on the floor and toilet water tank. And the bathroom was a little small. If it's possible, we will be happier by getting one more bin for the bathroom.

A acomodação era limpa e a cama confortável. Bom ar condicionado. Não espere luxo, mas o quarto era bem cuidado. Apesar de não falarem bem inglês, todos eram muito prestativos!

Primeiro, a dona tinha levado a gente para um quarto no térreo fechado com vidro e muito exposto, não nos sentimos seguras, pedimos pra trocar. O quarto no terceiro andar era menor, mas nos atendia bem!

When I checked out

0 if would be possible. The hosts as well as all the staff were the worst. The problem already began when I arrived to check in and the woman kept far behind the door to speak with me and made a disgusted face as if I was doing something wrong in going to check in to the room they offered and I paid. The check in was horrible and they made a nightmare. I showed them I booked online and provided the confirmation code, the PIN, my name, my passport and everything else proving I paid for it. However, it was not enough for them and more people gathered together and they kept looking at me with ugly faces as if I did something wrong. Then they confirmed they were wrong because they were not seeing my booking because they were out of internet and did not update the 1 day news. Plus the room was dirty, smelly and had cockroaches.

Quiet and very clean room with a nice bathroom and a balcony. There is a supermarket just under the hotel, you can rent scooters and a massage parlour just in front of it. It is close to the lovely night market.

Maybe some chairs on the balcony would have been nice, but it's just details.

It was a last-minute booking during a really high season of festivities, so the fact that it was available was great. It had laundry facilities so I got my laundry done.

The manager main staff lady was a pretty miserable person; never cracked a smile. Some of the other helpers were great - happy, smiling and helpful, especially the one who helped with the laundry. Though the room itself was clean and nice, the outside was not very hospitable looking and a bit grungy. As we went at the last minute, it was the best deal we could find.
