Seaside Tribe - Boutique Surf Stay & Retreat

The place has a very cool vibe, everyone is friendly and feels like a family. The breakfast was really good (omelette & yogurt with granola & fruits). Also, I did a surfing class with them, you have a personal instructor and it lasts 2 hours :-)

Not much to do in the area besides surfing & Tanah Lot (which is super expensive)

The accomodation was clean, comfortable, quiet. The gardens were lush and tropical. The breakfasts were fresh and hit the spot after morning surf. The staff were caring, friendly and always happy to help. The surfing instructors were great, locals who know the area and happy to spend the time helping you progress in the water. Great location, heaps of tasty restaurants within walking distance and easily get to the action of Canggu with a scooter.

Cosy and quiet place to stay, in a lush garden with refreshing pool. Very easy to connect with other guests if you wish, not only for those who are into surfing. Breakfast has a lot of different and healthy options and comes with fresh fruit and a good local coffee. Staff are very kind and helpful too. Location is 10 min walk from a beautiful, still undeveloped beach with some food stalls. Horseriding stables next door for beach rides or horsewhispering courses. A small handful of eateries nearby. To Tanah Lot is a pleasant 40 minute hike through the ricefields.

No problem for me, but If you want to see more of the island, you will need your own transport. Same if you are looking for nightlife.

It's like a home away from home. So if you travel alone you don't have sense of isolation. The group dinners with the other guests is a nice touch.

I would have liked more snack options between meals. Nuts, dried fruit that kind of thing.

The stuff is amazing, very friendly. As soon as you arrive you feel part of the community. There is a community dinner a couple of times a week to gather the guests and get to know each other, what I really liked. The food was amazing every time, the pool, the rooms are also beautiful. I went for one surfing lesson and it was really fun as well. Personally I loved the quiet location, hidden away from the city. If you looking for a quite stay, relax and unwind it’s a perfect place to be and also if you a surfer and looking to be part of a small community. Next time I definitely coming for a surf retreat.

The hosts were simply the best. I was attending a wedding last minute and the host took me to the market in Tanah lot on the morning of the wedding to help me find a present. The breakfast was delicious. The room is beautiful and the outdoor bathroom was pretty amazing

Beautiful hideaway, with the friendliest staff ever , there are bikes you use to explore the area ride across the paddy fields and go to the coffee shops , great surfing , great food , what’s not to like ,thankyou for a great stay

At seaside tribe, the team is super nice and do everything to make you feel at home. Next to the beach, great surf lessons, beautiful rooms, pool, etc a 10/10
