We had a bright room which was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, as if newly refurbished. It was extremely quiet as the building is in a yard behind the main house. The kitchen was comfortable, with three tables, and well-equipped, with plenty of space in the fridge, and seemed to be shared with two other rooms. We didn’t use the garden but it looked like it was well-equipped for children.

We had a private bathroom but it wasn’t actually en suite - though this worried me less than I expected as the bathroom door was directly next to the room door at right angles, on a quiet landing.
