The lady's were very friendly. The room were clean and very satisfying.Very quite and peaceful.

The property was okay; however, the pool was not clean. My friend was particularly looking forward to taking pictures around the pool, as it appeared very appealing in the photos advertised on the listing page. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the pool did not meet those expectations.

What I did not like about this place was the professionalism of the old women at the reception. Firstly, the accommodation was fully paid for as a booking for 2 adults. When there was a misunderstanding that my friend would be staying alone, the receptionist wanted to move her to a smaller room. I found this very unprofessional, as I had already paid for the room that was originally booked for 2 adults. Secondly, the property was very difficult to find. The address provided on the booking site was different from the one given to us over the phone, which resulted in us driving around the same area trying to locate the accommodation. When we explained to the receptionist that we were struggling to find the place because we were unfamiliar with the area, her response was, “Even old people can easily find the accommodation.” I found this comment unnecessary, dismissive, and quite rude, as it implied that we should not have gotten lost simply because we are younger. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression.

Well furnished and clean room. Receptionist helpful and friendly.

Mattress was sponge and very uncomfortable, will need to be replaced!
