"It served our needs - clean and somewhere central to sleep."

The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.

It was just a bit bare and could have had a few welcoming touches.

"Great stopover for the weekend."

The proprietor was very kind upgrading us to a much bigger and more comfortable room, since the ceiling was rather low in the room originally book. Very kind, and otherwise unobtrusive.
