Green View Guest Inn

I can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to climb Adam's Peak! My train to Hatton was very late, I arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening, completely exhausted. The hostess calmed me down, made me a delicious dinner and gave me tips for the climb. She got up late at night and gave me provisions for the mountain. After the descent, I had breakfast and later coffee and coconut balls. Dinner was excellent again (I think it was the best in Sri Lanka so far). The next day I was organized a tuktuk to the train station. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, including hot water and comfortable beds. The hostess and her family are super nice and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during my time here. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

WiFi can be forgotten.

We came with low expectations (the nly reason to come here was to hike Adams Peak) so we only booked one night. It looks a bit shabby from the outside but inside everything was really perfect. But the best was our hostess: she definitely was the nicest and most helpful hostesses we have ever had. Only for that we wished we could have stayed another night.

Very friendly and helpful people! A good place to stay for one night to go to the Adams Peak! You can even get some sandwiches for the way!

Room was nice, beds were comfy, hot shower. Very close to Adam’s peak which was perfect for the hike. The host was the nicest host me and my sister have met on our trip so far. She cooked an incredibly tasting curry with rice the night before the hike and make us a great breakfast when we got back. Offered to make us sandwiches for the he hike also. We felt very at home there. Definitely recommend.

Nothing, perfect place to stay for Adam’s peak.

The staff was really friendly, but unfortunately I can not recommend the place. The room had poor facilities, the bathroom was not clean and there was a construction side from the hotel just in front of my rom. They were working till late night, which was really annoying considering that I was just staying there for doing the Adams Peak hike. So there was not much sleep for me before I started walking.

The owner of the place was a lovely woman, always there to meet our demands and needs. The room was simple and clean, food was very nice, especially the variety and size of the breakfast was extraordinary considerin the prize. Located closest to the starting point of the Adam's peak walk its a strong recommendation to anyone coming here. Enjoy the hospitality of the owner and the beautiful nature around!

Breakfast was scrumptious and the staff is very friendly.Very close to Adam's peak Entrence.

We did the Adam's Peak and the owner was very informative. She was making breakfast as we returned. The room was clean. Dinner was average. All in all it was nice.
