Safari Abu Simbel

The owner provides warm and attentive service. The beds, rooms, and bathrooms are clean and tidy.There are many restaurants around the hotel.It can take nearly 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Abu Simbel Temple tickets gate.

オーナーが日本に詳しく、話しやすく、周辺の様々な事を詳しく教えてくれて大変助かりました。 (ただ、大型バス　EG Bus は結局無かったです。それは年始だったからなのか、もう廃線になったのか分からないのですが、どちらにしても、教えてもらったミニバンで無事アスワンへ帰れてありがとうございました。)　

Majitel velice komunikativní. Rád se vším pomůže poradí. Snídani nám také udělal dobrou. Spali jsme jen jednu noc . Bylo to fajn.

We booked 2 double rooms unfortunately the child in each room was not mentioned in the booking. When I had a question the evening before arrival the owner asked for double the amount of money, even though the price of the double room was still available on the booking.com website for even less than what we payed. The tone of voice of the owner was very demanding and not friendly at all, letting me know he wanted to sleep instead of speak to me. But when I didn't reply right away when discussing what we could do to solve the situation with my husband he kept asking what we want to do and if we pay the double amount in cash or Euros or what. We felt very unwelcome and were shocked by the amount of money requested for what seemed like a simple double room. We decided to cancel but were not allowed to and the owner denied our request for free cancelation. We booked another accommodation last minute and were greted warmly and had a very nice experience in Abu Simbel after all.

We arrived the hotel before the check in time, but the host still welcomed us and gave us a room and hot tea for rest. The room itself is clean and well-located. Very good experience of staying there.

オーナーのHanyさんは親日家で、とても親切にしてくれた。 彼は滞在中何度もお茶をご馳走してくれたり、洗濯物を干す場所を提供してくれたり、こちらが快適に過ごせるよう本当に色々なことをしてくれた。 おかげで家のようにくつろぐことができた。 またアブシンベルに行くことがあればぜひ利用したいです！
