Friendly landlord, however we hardly ever met: we went on weedays and they were doing their stuff. The landlord have given us an extra electric heater in case they didn't get back in time and the heating performance starts to decrease. The room was simple, but tidy.

Minor tear an wear were noiceable: no shower door, only curtain, paint falling off from the bathroom radiator. There wasn't appropriate light to do paperwork.
