"The perfect stop between Cape Town and Johannesburg."

Location to the N1 was perfect - and also just far away from the N1 motto hear the traffic all night. Lamb chops excellent!! And wonderful hosts.

Clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed Air-conditioning was not very cold and only in 1 room. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely and hosts were friendly and very helpful.

Richmond itself is quite run-down. Couldn't find a bin in the room 2nd part of the room needs a fan

We had an absolutely delicious meal at the Karoo Manor Restaurant.

The furniture was old and outdated with extremely noisy and rickety beds. The air con did not work properly meaning we had to leave windows open and we were annihilated by mosquitoes. We asked for mosquito repellent but the establishment had none. The insect spray canister in the room was empty. My family barely slept all night. There was also no complimentary water nor were there any glasses provided in the room to drink tap water.
