"Beautiful guest house in leafy surroundings with friendly and professional staff"

Beautiful guest house in leafy surroundings with friendly and professional staff that do their best to make you feel welcome. I stayed for 5 days and would definitely recommend. The food is good too. The common area just got refurbished and the outside terrace is peaceful.

Not a problem for me but please note it is a bit far from the city centre and need to get there by car.

Breakfast okay. Location okay. Great staff with the exception of the manager whom we never met. Adija, Emma and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Kudos to them.

Do not like the fact that they were trying to make me pay cash claiming that their POS is not working. I insisted on paying with my credit card. Asked for the manager, he was a no show. Somehow, miraculously, POS started working a day before we left.

The toilet cistern sometimes did not function. They could not fix it.

Serene location

Could do better with booking admin as my guest’s booking was not recorded in their diary. He was then given a room with a few defects.

"Close to the town but nice and quiet at night."

The biggest bed ever seen.

We had a small patio outside our room - it would have been nice if there had been chairs on it to sit out.
