The room was spacious and very pleasant compared to the others which we have experienced in Georgia for about the same price.

Just the steep climb to the location but the positive side is that we got a good workout which we did not mind at the end of our stay.

Posizione comoda per il centro. La camera era spaziosa confortevole e pulitissima. Colazione eccezionale. Maia merita un bel 10 di punteggio per averci fatti stare a Kutaisi come a casa.

Très bon accueil par Maya, qui parle français et est toujours à l'écoute. Très bon petit-déjeuner, avec du pain perdu et des fruits frais. Lit confortable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Dommage que le balcon soit accessible uniquement à partir de l'espace commun, et pas directement de la chambre. Accès à la maison très difficile avec une voiture "normale", car située dans une rue étroite très en pente. Il vaut mieux avoir un 4x4. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur place et pris un taxi Bolt pour aller au centre-ville le soir (coût: entre 3 et 4 laris seulement).

Все замечательно. Уютный номер. Есть терраса. Завтрак входит в стоимость. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка, при необходимости поможет с водителем, если нужно куда-то сьездить. Нас даже угостили домашним вином:)

Отель находится на крутом спуске. Для кого-то это может быть проблема, но такси без проблем довозят и забирают прямо от входа.
