King Fa House

The stay was good, the room is best suited for a short stay. The staff was wonderful and the location is a bit further from the city but doable with taxi or if you have a bike.

The room felt clean, except for the wrapper that was still left on the floor when I arrived. This leads me to say that they could improve on cleanliness.

Didn't have breakfast included, so went elsewhere

Beds were very hard, and not good parking situation.

Bed linen and towels were clean. It was good to have a family room available. There is nothing else positive to say.

I know this is a budget hotel, but it did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. We booked 4 rooms. In two rooms there was an issue with the toilet. When informed the staff only fixed one of the bathrooms. The other was not fixed properly and the guests found out it was broken at 3am and would not flush. This made for an uncomfortable night. A toilet had no seat in the second bathroom. When asked to fix it, staff used a child's toilets seat! It was made of soft material that will not be sanitary after a few weeks. Another room had no bin and no tissue. The bungalow was smelly, it had a bad smell of smoke. The aircon barely worked. In all the rooms the TV did not work. I can't recommend, better to sleep in your car.

They have a drink and dnack refrigerator.

A bit dingy. Didn't seem like much of a seal around doors. Or window at least for #5.

I appreciate the hotel and always quiet for those who want to stay calmly.

I suggest if the hotel has 24 hours mini market!
