Breakfast is available in the kitchen, and you can take what you like. The coffee machine is huge and fast. Rooms are super clean!

very nice renovated property with great kitchen and an abundance of breakfast items offered. Right by the beach so excellent for summertime visit. Comfortable beds and washrooms. The common area of the 2 rooms is the kitchen area so there is no lounge space. This was not an issue for us since we were away most of the day seeing the Cinqe terre villages. The main restaurants and shopping area were only a few blocks away .This property was better than online pictures and I would certainly book it again.

Be aware it is quite some distance to train station to catch the train back and forth to Cinque Terre villages.

Valentina was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. Bed was super comfortable. Brand new room with lots of well thought details and facilities. She provided daily cookies, juices, water, croissants, etc. Location just by the beach and next to the nice streets. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was just coffee and a few packaged pastries. Place was very clean. Sisters who own it are very nice. Second room next to bedroom was nice for the extra space. Easy to walk into Levanto or along the beach path.

The location is across the street from the beach but apartment is down a little hill and behind a big wall so not at all visible. No view from room. "Breakfast" area shared with guests in 2nd room - could be noisy depending on who the guests are. Very hard to find - small front door around the side of building. See tiny white door in photo. And yes, you turn sharp right to get there at that hedge and wall. Make sure you have a phone # for when you arrive. And make sure to get wifi network name - only password is noted on card in room.
