The staff was great and the location is very quiet. The pool was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good and tasty and the rooms are large and clean. What else to look for.

For the price? Nothing. Take tuktuk for 2 dollars to the beach. Absolutely worth the money.

The location is great very near the beach but away from the chaos of Mirrisa. Lots of places to eat within easy walking distance.Bathroom was good hot shower etc.The room was adequate but would have been very cramped if it’d had the full 4 occupancy. Breakfast was tasty and the owners very friendly.

I know it’s budget accommodation but it lacked compared to all the other places we’d stayed in Sri Lanka. Almost there but not quite.

The hosts were welcoming and the room was clean. It is located on a back lane filled with yoga and spa treatments. The lane leads to a Buddhist temple. There’s a coffee shop at the bottom of the hill, and the beach is opposite this.

We rented a 4 person room, which had two double beds, but unfortunately the room was too small. We didn’t have space to open our suitcases and slide them under the bed. We could only get one out at a time which was really inconvenient because that was the only place we had to store our clothes.

Very friendly staff! The owner helped me with a surprise picknick breakfast for my boyfriends birthday, it was very well arranged. Also did laundry for us. Breakfast was good. Good quality for the price. Location is suburb, close to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise.

The fan in our room was quite slow, and therefore the room hot. However they helped with placing an extra table fan, and then it was fine.
