The rooms are new and nice with good airco and a fridge, and comfortable furniture. You can park your car on the premiss. The owner is nice and helpful.

Everything OK. The swimming pool is also used by locals and that can be a problem for some. I didn't mind because It gave an extra Italian vibe (hard music and Italian conversations).

"Disappointing"

The noice level was to load from other people staying there to late in the evening. On top of the that the fridge was very load. The light from outside got inside without no way to block it.
