Everything! Hosts were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was mega and the room was fantastic

Only thing which wasn’t too good was the shower - pressure was off and water scalding hot then freezing cold but that is due to pressure in Skegness and everyone in the shower at the same time. It wasn’t a massive issue :)

On arrival everything was perfect, hosts very accommodating and welcoming. The whole quality and decorating of the building was 1st class. Our room and shower room was spotless. The breakfast was amazing set in a quaint tea room. Not far to walk for beach and attractions. Would recommend to anyone.

I really liked this place. The host were lovely and really welcoming. The place was really nice and so clean. They had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Good location near beach shops and restaurants.
