The owners are truly amazing people – warm, friendly, caring, and incredibly welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and served in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and perfectly situated for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely return with my son. As a child on the autism spectrum, he felt exceptionally comfortable, safe, and happy here, which meant so much to me. Knowing that he was enjoying himself allowed me to truly relax and unwind as well. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will always remember your kindness and hope to visit again soon! "Fantastic people and place"

Can honestly say say this is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Catch and Alan are fun friendly people. Brilliant to have on site parking.Close to the town and close to beach.Will not hesitate in booking there again

Breakfast was excellent as was the cup of tea offered on arrival. Our room was lovely and bright with big windows and plenty of space, tea and coffee facilities are always a bonus and very much appreciated. A great stay for a very reasonable price for 3 nights over bank holiday, location excellent, a very short walk to the main road and the clock tower.
