Good bed

Check in difficult and no response to phone calls. No tv controls. Eventually got a set of controls from the lounge but tv defaulted to some foreign language when I managed to get signed in. Possibly some Eastern European language but had to switch tv off. No staff to be seen and no response to phone calls only messages when I got a reply

I did not book breakfast, this property is self catering. I choose this location because of its proximity to the University of Stirling. It took only five minutes to drive up to the university campus. I got the key safe open fairly easily. I was concerned that it might be digital . There was no one else staying at this property at the time of our stay . There was plenty of room at the location and it was good to be able to go out in the garden. The kitchen was very modern and full of all the latest conveniences. it was a very quiet location and there was no external noise or traffic.

I was concerned about the key safe and returning the keys. I was also worried about getting the keys to work as they were not labelled. There was no one else staying at the property and I felt it might have been a different experience otherwise. I also was concerned that if someone else arrived there was no where else to park and I might get boxed in on the drive. I probably might have wanted to know if anyone else was due to arrive and I would have parked on the street out of the way.

The smoking of drugs in one of the other rooms. The inabaility to get a key. No room. Fail. Full refund ordered.

We didn't realize it was a house and we had a bedroom. First night was great as had place to ourselves. 2nd night others turned up and they were rather loud. Facilities were great, loved having and washer and dryer. We had a car so location was great. Close drive to everything we needed.

The couple that turned up on second night

Located in a quiet neighboorhood, the room was spacious, clean, the bathroom very good (shared). Parking on the street was no problem, owner very nice.

Overall, the house was well-equipped and reasonably decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are in good condition, and the front room is comfortable. Three bedrooms mean it would be a good place for a group or family.

Very confusing - and surprising - description of the accommodation. I was under the impression I had rented a house to myself. The website gave no indication that it was going to be shared by others. I left my laptop and work materials on the the kitchen counter when I went out to shop and was shocked to come back and discover someone was in the shower though I never saw them again. On two occasions during my stay, I received messages that others were coming to stay. One night was a no-show, the other, guests arrived well after midnight. They were very apologetic the next morning. They'd had some confusion with their keys and room numbers and similar to me, were surprised to find others staying there as well. In the first bedroom, the door came off the wardrobe and a very small mirror was perched on the dresser but so low, it was impossible to see in. I moved myself into one of the other rooms at the back which was much better equipped. Very concerning that the keys provided opened all three bedroom doors.
