Titoki Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Niki’s cottage in Titoki. It is located in a quiet little paradise of avocado orchards, surrounded by greenery, peaceful silence, and kind, friendly people. The cottage is beautifully decorated with taste and lovely colors that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Everything is carefully maintained and very comfortable—you immediately feel at home. Nothing is missing, and there is also a lovely little terrace, well equipped and perfect for enjoying the fresh and quiet surroundings. It’s an ideal place for a couple, with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Niki, for your warm hospitality and for the great care and effort you put into this beautiful place.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.

The location offered a serene natural environment, with ancient kauri trees in close proximity and the morning calls of tui birds. Our host, Nikki, provided exceptional service, offering a comprehensive tour and addressing all inquiries. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and outdoor decking area were highly appreciated amenities.

The lounge area is equipped with two comfortable armchairs. However a couch or sofa would significantly enhance the relaxation experience, particularly for those wishing to watch tv or Netflix

Lovely quiet location, so close to Katikati. Very comfortable furnishings. Full kitchen.
