It's a good location and the pool is nice BUT NOT PRIVATE and the rooms are definately NOT SUPERIOR Tharindu was very helpful but the remote manager was ruthless

This property is shamelessly miss-described: It says there's a private entrance but it's off a shared balcony... The private bathroom is in a separate room off the kitchen further down the balcony.. You have to come out of the bedroom and walk along a Not Private balcony to get to it. The bedside light in the bedroom... I had to work out how to put a 2 pin plug into a 3 pin socket which seemed dangerously loose/wired badly into the wall. The curtain in the bedroom had water stains up it. The kitchen and bathroom were filthy, smelly and poorly equipped. Description says well equipped. The fridge froze all my food, the hot plate plug did not fit the wall socket, the pan I wanted did not work on a convector plate, the pan that would work had a burnt bottom, everything in the cupboards was dirty. I was given no dish washing or drying equipment and no broom to clear all the ants. There were loads of dead ants in the fridge too. There was also a leak in the bathroom floor and a filthy bath mat. Everything was covered in calcium deposits. I can only share 4 photos... Such a tough call which out of dozens showing how bad this place is. There was a rat running along outside my room the first night I came out to use the loo...then wailing cats that did not catch it!! Tharindu tried very hard to correct all the problems but he obviously has a terrible manager to support him. I felt bad he'd done so much work, so decided to stay the rest of my 3 night booking, but the place is still horrendous. The manager offered me 300Rs reduction (about 75p GBP) for this appalling place.. more worried about her profit than customer experience.

It's very quiet i like that and environment is good it's nice place to be with your loved ones

the kitchen and bathroom could have been better equipped and the shower was not working properly . With a little more effort all these things are fixable. The pictures also showed a pool table but no indication that a charge was applicable

Alles war super

Es war eine komplette große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Es ist schon geil ein Pool zu haben. Es ist sehr geräumig und man könnte da sicherlich einige Tage gut chillen.

Talalla beach ist wunderschön. Wir waren in der off Season da und viele Dinge hatten geschlossen und man musste sich auf die Suche machen. Grundsätzlich wird in Sri Lanka mittlerweile von den touris, nur von den Touris, 10% Service charge verlangt, was nur ein Aufpreis ist, nichts anderes. Finde ich blöd. Aber hat nix mit der Unterkunft tun. Wollte nur die touris darauf vorbereiten.

Great shared kitchen which we used. Amazing pool and there was a small fridge in each bedroom. Secure site, not far from main road. Booked the family suite so had two bedrooms, lounge area to ourselves very nice.
