The vibe

Everything about this property is amazing — from the unique art gallery in the garden to the warm and welcoming people who work there. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was probably the best we've had in Bali so far. The entire place has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that it’s hard not to feel instantly at ease. We truly enjoyed every moment of our short stay and wished to stay longer.

The real experience of real local home stay. I love it looks like a temple. There is actually a big temple in the garden. Also the owner is a painter. There is a big exhibition in the garden.

The most genuine and warm hosts i have had the pleasure to meet. Excellent sized rooms with plenty of hot water for a shower. space inside to park my scooter too. Food was fabulous and the attitude of staff was 10/10. The huge bonus of seeing the hosts artwork and shooting the breeze with Made and his wife Rika made for my best stay whilst in Bali. Will definitely return and no hesitation in recommending to others.

Very friendly people. The location was great. Very authentic balinese place. Outside of the "busy" area and still easy accessible. Drinking water in glass bottles on the room. Artsy decorations everywhere. Super comfortable pillows and mattress (in room nr 6). Big garden to hang out.

Room nr 4 smelled very very moldy. After there was a reoccurring outage of power we where given room nr 6. It's a nice bigger, brighter room and it's on the second floor, so there is a great view over the roof tops and you can see the sunrise. Unfortunately there hasn't been any plugs easily to use (one in the bathroom and one in a corner behind the desk, a third one was used for the wifi router). No night stands or night lights (only big lights, nice and mondern). There have been ants in the room, which I usually don't mind, considering the price and place), but they also crawled in the bed at night, and that annoying. As usual in Bali and out of city vibes, you hear cocks calling the morning and dogs protecting their territory on the streets. There was optional breakfast mentioned. When I asked for it in the morning there was only gado gado, which wasnt suitable for my 6 years old. Some toast and eggs or pancakes hasn't been available. So I guess I would have needed to order in the evening before. Such information hadn't been shared at all.
