Pensiunea Hanna

Great for visit Brasov and nearly for 2-3 days. Thank you for the staff for help us.

Clima and mosquito nets are not available in the room. Chickens early sing in the morning, not comfortable and noisy bed (and not double size bed but smaller).

I liked the location, it's not far from supermarkets, and close to the bus station

Bed was broken, mattress was broken, with springs coming out of it, room was really hot, missing mosquito nets, no A/C, not even a fan, sheets were dirty. The only good part was that the owners had another room and board, and the room was more decent, we moved there after the first night, when we couldn't sleep.

Located in the city, was easy to access.

Bathroom was very outdated, strong drainage smell. Party noise till the morning from the other room that was rented on our floor.

Very clean and quiet room, close enough to the downtown (10 by bus to Livada Postei/ 25 mins on foot).

No reception as advertised but at least available by phone. The check in style was unexpected as there was no physical presence of the hosts in the pansiune. Instead an email requested us to check in to our room which was quite confusing.

The location and the fact that I had where to sleep. That's all.

Everything, I mean a lot of stuff is broken, there is NO closet, the TV barely works, it wasn't very comfortable, there was no table in the room, if I wanted to eat in the room I couldn't manage too well etc. And we were alone in the building, no one was there to help or just in case. Outside there is a smoking spot with one ashtray, not even a chair or two, you have to stand while you smoke a cigarette, no terrace, very uncomfortable. Disappointed.

In city location. Quiet neighborhood. Relatively fair prices. The host was nowhere to be found at the pension, but the phone communication was good enough. Clean enough .

The property presents photos of different rooms. Who would've known that we'd end up in a tiny room in the attic where everything was cramped. Most unsuitable for more than a one night stay. the bathroom has a shower curtain , the host could've at least left a mop to clean up the water. No decent soap.
