The location.

Very dirty. can’t over exaggerating this. compound is dirty. shared kitchen stinks. couldn’t even cook. it was that bad. The rented apartment was so dirty, I had to spend several hours cleaning up, especially the toilet. no home amenities. I literally had to buy broom, detergent for toilet, etc. unfriendly dog. worst costumer service ever. Even though we had agreed on a time for me to check-in, I had to wait extra hour waiting for the former tenant to come back from a walk, and pack up. I was literally under the cold outside standing and waiting for an hour. The bedsheets were same one used by the old tenant. smelly and dirty. She just laid the bed with those. I had to request new ones before it was changed. worst place ever. I couldn’t recommend.
