The property was in a great location on the Main Street and the property was reasonably clean.

We felt that the host could have provided more information when we checked in. For example, we could not use hot water on our first night as it had not been turned on. We figured out how to turn it on the following day. On booking.com the property advises daily housekeeping is included. However, there was no daily housekeeping at all. Additionally, it was advertised that there was an iron. Whilst there was an iron, there was no ironing board. The cooling was okay, but not the greatest. Additionally, there was not toilet seat over the toilet bowl.

The location cannot be beat. The bed was very comfortable. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our 3 nights in Vernazza!

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Easy access (will need to carry bags up 1 flight of stairs). Great communication with host.

Location is great and the room is cute and comfy.

Room is up a long steep staircase but off the main walkway so not bad. The morning noises start at about 5 or 6am, all the vendors are allowed to bring cars/trucks in the Main Street for awhile before the tourists arrive then no cars for the rest of the day. This is very loud but entertaining and ok if you want to get up that early to start hiking, which is a good time to start the walk.

This was a delightful space! It was especially accessible with not many stairs.
