The garden was very beautiful and relaxing. The staff was good. The room had the necessary facilities and was very clean. Breakfast and coffee were also good.

Unfortunately, it was far from the city center. But it is great for staying for several days and relaxing.

Room is good it had AC. The view of the nearby area is superb.

Public transport is horrible here. You may not find buses after 7-8PM and the location is bit away from Pisa. Even in the daytime, you won't find buses frequently. So accessing the location is bit difficult.

I love the newly renovated bathroom with complete toiletries and comfortable bed.

The location is 30mins away by bus from the train station and there is only 1 bus passing by the property. You need to carefully plan your itinerary in line with the bus schedule. In my case, I needed to go to the airport on Jan 1st however since it is a holiday, public transportation and taxis were not operational thus I need to book another accommodation near the train station to catch my early morning flight. The property is good for those who have private vehicles.

Was a disaster, no room service, for 7 days stay i had just one bed sheet, also they lied about my room which I could had booked just 1 for 2 persons instead 2 rooms

I'VE BEEN FOOLED. You guys from BOOKING should be more select, because you're deceiving customers in the face... I went with my son, we tried to book a single room with 2 beds. And it was not possible, we ended up each taking a room, but in the rooms there were other beds so we could have stayed in the same room paying cheaper, they did this so you can't get a room for more than 1 person. Arriving at the place, there was no one responsible, another person who also booked a room ended up talking to the person in charge and explained more or less how to open the door. After a few attempts I managed to talk to the person in charge who informed me which room would be my room. I closed my room with a double bed, when I arrived at the place I had a single bed. The place smells really bad, musty smell, one of the bathrooms very smelly. The place is very difficult to access, buses are restricted at certain times, taxis do not take you to the location where the house is and for you to walk it takes 2 hours walking... Unfortunately I know the timetable in the details because I missed the last one. the bus was at 9 pm and I had to go on foot. The breakfast they offer, my GOD, you can't call it breakfast at all... It's placed inside a box, thrown in any way, rotten fruit (I HAVE A PHOTO TO PROVE). The stinking garbage... A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, the city is beautiful but the location was not worth it. It was around 3 pm, the house has a security system that is not reported in BOOKING, where you only have access to the house after 5:30 pm. Once you have left the residence you can only return after 5:30 pm. In other words, I hired a PRISON not a room. I had to contact the Owner to ask about why I was not able to access the house. I went to have science, I said because I was locked out of the house at 15 pm... I booked for 7 days, they never entered the room to clean.
