Galway Guest House

De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Full English ontbijt was goed. Je loopt in 6 minuten naar het begin van het oude centrum en de haven. Zeer goed Indiaas restaurant naast de deur. Thee of koffie maken kan op de kamer waar ook een wasbak is.

Er is een parkeerplaats maar alleen voor kleine auto's. Parkeren in de zijstraten is gratis. Het geheel is wel oud en een beetje gammel. De douche is heel klein net als de wc maar alles werkt. Het dubbele bed is vrij smal , ca 140 cm.

Well run, comfortable B&B very well located for Weymouth Harbour and Old Town. Hearty breakfast, clean room and Dave and Lyn are very friendly and hospitable owners.

Nothing to complain about

Very convenient B&B within 10 minutes walk of the town and harbour. Parking available at the property or street parking locally at the weekend so brilliant. In my view it would have been helpful to be given a choice of breakfast menu rather than served a full English automatically with the choice of brown/granary bread - I don't have the largest of appetites but didn't want to leave any! Will certainly stay again if in the area. Thank you.

Very clean, the owner’s very friendly. Very good location close to the beach and the centre where are all shops. Breakfast was really good and enough to fill you up. Very good value for the money.

I can’t say nothing negative about this place we really like it and we strongly recommended!

The Guesthouse is a Victorian property so the furnishings and fixtures are dated, and the Triton shower is a little difficult to get the water temp just right for a shower. The rooms are spacious and have a basin and mirror which is handy. There's a small tv in the room and bedside lamps. Generally very comfortable, albeit a little dated. I must add that Dave and Lyn are exceptional hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb!

The parking was a little difficult. If there are no spaces at the front of the Guest House, you have to drive into a back alley and park behind the property. It is not secure so cars are left at owners own risk.
