Excellent central location, ideal for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room itself is comfortable and well-equipped.

Despite the name "Suites" suggesting hotel-style services, this is in fact a self check-in apartment: - Staff: we did not see anyone during our 5-day stay. Access is via a door code, communication is exclusively through WhatsApp. - Cleaning: nothing was done in the room during the entire 5 days - not even a change of towels or bed linen. - Services: practically non-existent. We were even asked to take out the trash from the room ourselves. - The "Balcony, City view" feature officially listed on Booking for the Triple Comfort room does not match reality: the two small balconies face directly onto a wall of the building opposite, with no view at all. At the time of booking, I was only informed that the room had small balconies (not a terrace), but not that they offered no view. - Parking: difficult, although understandable for a city centre location. I would recommend the host clarify in the listing that this is a self check-in apartment without hotel services, and correct the description regarding the room's view.

Egentligen inget negativt men vi trodde det skulle finnas en balkong att sitta på men observera att det är en sk ”Spansk balkong”.
