I had a booking for 'room only' because I was being fed by the friends I was visiting in the area. I was a returning guest, having stayed in The Station House before. The reason for my return book was the cleanliness of the room, the variety of 'extras' provided for the comfort of the guest and, most of all the quality and comfort of the bed in which I slept very well indeed. The room was restful in decoration, well ventilated and with the option of turning up the heat - which I did not need. I would have no hesitation in make future bookings. Keep Up The Good Work!!

Perhaps facilities for making a hot drink - tea/coffee would be a nice touch, but I did not feel 'deprived in any way by this absence. If this is policy of the hotel, I have no problem with this whatsoever. Cannot think of anything else!

Very clean and comfortable, perfect for my stopover. The lounge room with tea/coffee was a welcome bonus. Centrally located.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Not a great selection in the guest room for having a coffee, no biscuits or hot chocolate anymore.
