GBGBA beautiful property in a lovely scenic location with the added benefit of being close to the A1. Slightly surreal being the only guest the night I stayed but well worth the experience. I can totally see why it is a very popular venue for the wedding market too.
Nothing to dislike
GBSpotlessly clean, location Is wonderful. Leo was really friendly. So much history in this building. Clean, crisp bedding, lovely Molton Brown toiletries, so quiet in the village, gorgeous, plentiful breakfast. Would def stay again. Safe parking for motorbikes too. Couldnt fault it. So glad we found it.
We found out he's not doing bnb anymore, which is so sad, but, however, if you want an amazing venue for a celebration, this is your place !!

GBThe room was full of character, breakfast was very good and the location and surroundings were excellent.
The stairs were very steep but we were warned so this isn't a complaint.

GBThe couple that own the historical property are rightly proud of all they have achieved. It is a beautiful house in a quiet pretty village close to interesting places to visit. We had an excellent evening meal in the village pub which was just a few minutes walk.
