When I arrived service was proper, not sure if it's because I was the only client. I could even let go of small things, such as lack of communication well in advance.

Would prefer that the same service level is provided throughout.One should not be made to feel that other clients are better than the other. Not providing access to the microwave, is basically meaning that you must eat cold food because our following day's client is more important than you. No further engagement on this matter, was disappointing.

"Very nice stop over stay."

Bright lights outside which shone in bathroom window & red lights from TV - needed something to cover. Not too serious but was a problem for my husband
